Ram Vennam is a Real Estate Associate and a new home sales manager. He has been working in the new home building industry with leading home builders, helping his clients choose lots, upgrades, custom designing floor plans, sales, and customer service for many years. His expertise dealing with custom home builders offers him a competitive advantage in understanding the whole new house construction process from beginning to end.

Originally from India, Ram Vennam has been working for leading hotel chains based in India and Canada. He is a hospitality management graduate that provided him with valuable skills to use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers.

Ram’s fascination for real estate attracted him to gain extensive knowledge of real estate. He has a diligent understanding of new home construction, working for custom home builders. He can also read and understand lot maps, site plans, and construction blueprints, however, pre-construction is his concentrated area. He found his calling in real estate serving his clients and guiding them through one of the most significant investments and dreams of their life.

Ram’s honesty and prioritizing clients make him exceptional at his job. His business primarily comes from referrals, first-time homebuyers, or investors out of the province. His business is based not only in Calgary but also in Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, and Okotoks.
During his spare time, he can be found vacationing or spending time with his son Shivansh and his wife Sandy, who is also a new home sales manager. Besides that, Ram also volunteers on different social works when he is not working.
